You are working under a flawed system of assumptions, if you think every time you open the Bible you are safe in interpreting for yourself. In fact, your own pride blinds you to Satan using your ego against you to keep you from the Only Church God ever established. So in order to overcome that attack by the Malignant One, lets examine the vast array of assumptions which form the lens through which Protestants see Scripture.
